Verbal Consultation
This is a quick, cost effective service for the homeowner who likes to do it themselves. We will do a complete walkthrough of the home and give our professional assessment on what is necessary to prepare your home for sale. During the process the homeowner is encouraged to take notes on the recommendations that will be given regarding cleaning, de-cluttering, repairs, updating, packing & storage and furniture rearrangement.
Hands-On Consultation
A similar walkthrough as with a Verbal Consultation but our time is spent actually jumping in to do some of the work. A great way to actually start to see the transformation and get a jump start to getting your home ready for market.
“Do It For Me” Staging Services
For those home owners who don’t want to do it themselves we can provide a team of staging professionals to transform their home into a place buyers will fall in love with. We can use what homeowners have or add accessories to highlight a homes best features. We know that the “Buyer only knows what he sees, not the way it is going to be”, so let us set the STAGE.
Vacant and New Construction
Many home buyers have difficulty visualizing size and scale when a room is vacant. We provide creative solutions by arranging attractive rental furniture and accessories to help give an empty home energy and warmth. |
